Successful spring meeting!

On March 14, SAMS held a well-attended spring meeting. This time we had the opportunity to visit Scania. We were welcomed by Aphram Malki, who told us about the company and production concept. This was followed by an appreciated tour of the chassis assembly plant.

Emelie James spoke about Scania's sustainability work and the importance of the entire supply chain meeting Scania's sustainability requirements.
What does Scania think about the trucks and logistics of the future? Jonas Gustavsson presented ongoing development projects and thoughts on the autonomous vehicles of the future.

Fredrik Hasselby from Profilgruppen spoke about the market outlook for aluminum and Bengt Lindqvist, Teknikföretagen, gave a current picture of the raw materials market and trends.

The day ended with a members' meeting and a joint dinner in the evening.
