Faster path to work permit
Teknikföretagen is currently the only employer organization certified by the Swedish Migration Board to apply for a work permit on behalf of member companies. The certification means that the permit application process is much faster and smoother than an application that an employer and a third-country national themselves make to the Swedish Migration Board. Member companies in Teknikföretagen are covered by collective agreements, which means that they, if the collective agreement is correctly applied, meet the most important requirements for a work permit regarding, among other things, the minimum wage level and collectively agreed insurance.
